All purchases made on the Cookie SMP store are voluntary contributions to support the maintenance and development of the CookieSMP Minecraft server.

All purchases made on the Cookie SMP store are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that will be delivered in-game on the Cookie SMP Minecraft server.

Once a product, rank, or other digital item has been delivered to your Minecraft account, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If you experience any issues with your purchase or did not receive your product, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the suspension or permanent ban of your account from the CookieSMP Minecraft server.
