Ranks use Tebex cumulative pricing. For an eligible upgrade, Tebex deducts the qualifying value of previous purchases in the same category from the higher-priced package. Use the same Minecraft account and check the amount due in your Tebex cart before paying. A Crumb-to-Cake upgrade is assessed by Tebex for that account; the catalog price is not a personalised upgrade quote. Credit after expiry, duration carry-over, discounts and taxes are not guaranteed here. Contact purchase support if the adjustment is missing.

The recipient is the Minecraft account specified for your Tebex basket. Review the package details and your username before paying. Never send passwords or payment-card details in a support ticket.

Open a private support ticket with your Minecraft username, package name and Tebex transaction reference. Staff must check delivery; a return-page visit does not confirm payment or delivery.

Check the message displayed by Tebex before trying again. If a payment may have been charged, check your receipt or contact purchase support first to avoid paying twice. Never share card details or banking credentials in a ticket.

The network supports Java and Bedrock. Package eligibility and regional delivery must match the current listing. Ask support to confirm any package-specific restriction before paying.

Do not assume every package survives a wipe. Check the current package terms or ask support for the item you plan to buy.

Review renewal, cancellation and refund conditions shown in the package listing and Tebex checkout. Contact purchase support if a condition is unclear.

Catalog prices include applicable public Tebex sales. Conditional offers and coupons are confirmed in your cart. Tax and any final charges are calculated by Tebex at checkout; the cart never invents a final price.
